Here you can watch new and popular plays every week. We deliver a full season of professional-quality productions and provide a performance venue for touring theatre companies. Anyone can get involved; become a Questors member and take part in everything from acting and directing to lighting, front of house and stage design. We also deliver theatre training for all ages; find out about our Academy and Youth Theatre.

The Questors Theatre is proud to present an evening of Indian Music featuring three of the UK's most renowned classical Indian musicians, Mehboob Nadeem - Sitar Maestro, Kiranpal Singh - Santoor Maestro and Manjeet Singh Rasiya - Tabla Maestro.

Proceeds from part of the concert will go to help fund the tour of India Gate (a joint production with Punjabi Theatre Academy) to the Crescent Theatre Birmingham and the Nehru Centre London at the invitation of the Indian High Commission. Join us for this unique and exciting night of music.

Mehboob Nadeem - Sitar Maestro


Mehboob Nadeen was born into an illustrious family of traditional musicians from the Agra Gharana. He is the grandson of the legendary Ustad Vilayat Hussain Khan. He began his sitar training under the guidance of his uncle Shri Rafat Khan. Mehboob possesses a keen talent for the development of the raga and is a widely respected sitar player acknowledged to be the best in the UK.



Kiranpal Singh - Santoor Maestro


Kiranpal Singh Deoora is one of a select few performers of Indian Classical Music on the Santoor. Kiranpal Singh is the UK’s leading Santoor Maestro, having traditionally learned his music art in the UK (tabla & vocal) and Bombay, India.

Born in Tanzania, Kiranpal now lives in London. He plays regular concerts around the globe. He's played for HRH Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh at Buckingham Palace, Royal Festival Hall, Spitalfields Festival, London Mela, as well as other prestigious festivals. His mastery of the advanced techniques of the Santoor has allowed him to develop a wide repertoire.



Manjeet Singh Rasiya - Tabla Maestro


Manjeet Rasiya is a leading UK tabla artist who has built up his musicianship over 30 years and apart from concerts has performed in many films and at the National Theatre. Manjeet is classically trained and has worked professionally with a wide range of other musicians. His collaborative work has taken him all over Europe and Asia. He has been described as "One of the most exciting and technically brilliant musicians in the British Asian scene".
